How to do  :

Join the tips of ring & little fingers to thumb.

Benefits :

  4. improves physical and mental power and reduce exhaustion and lethargy
  5. This mudra is highly benefits for all problems relating to eye including pain and vision disturbance.
  6. Speeds up recuperation process from diseases.
  7. Speeds up recuperation process from diseases.
  8. if there is exhaustion from fasting, Prana mudra should be applied.
  9. Improves blood circulation.
  10. This mudra us found to be beneficial in leprosy.

Prana mudra should be applied for 15-20 minutes after practicing other therapeutic mudras. This will ensure complete benefits form other mudras. Everyone should practice this mudra on a daily basic.
